A Taste of Summer. . .

Vacation - Highly Recommended

We went to Chincoteague Island for a few days of vacation. I highly recommend it - a great little historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay, wetlands and the Assateague  National Wildlife Refuge and beach.

 Here are some shots from our boat tour around the two islands.






There is a herd of wild ponies on Assateague. We also saw a bald eagle.
